In modern society, traditional values are discouraged. Sacraments are almost forgotten while the occult is increasingly hip. So many cօռspιʀαcιҽs have led to the decline of society and civilization, as well as a general crisis in faith. These things foster terrorism.
But sadly, truth have became hate speech. Many groups fighting for the good old values of our grandfathers' lives are considered hate groups. And this is the point when the God-players come in.

It's a prepper site. It gives instructions on opting out surveillance programs.
Also, I forgot to mention that the NSA is trying to crack up Tor. See the "Tor stinks" presentation.
@soulguard Also, switch to Linux. It's inherently BSoD-free.

Run Tails and verify its checksum using multiple sources:

Use the TrueCrypt and Tor Bridges options; keep everything (including your TrueCrypt container) on a bootable AES drive. (Just read the Tails docuмentation.) Spoof your MAC address, use Open Source BIOS, buy your hardware anonymously from third-party sources (WalMart, Best Buy, etc.) and pay with cash only, maintain the physical security of your hardware at all times, beware of keyloggers and other hardware exploits, surf from anonymous Wi-Fi hot spots, disable all hardware options that you don't need (autoplay, FireWire, etc.), etc. Use all the available Tails options and programs, and don't have a "knee-jerk" reaction when upgrading Tails.

They're a VPN, one of many. They'll protect your anonymity from casual "IP snooping" but not from malicious Java scripting and/or other programs which simply "leak" your IP address. Tails is meant to bundle all applications which are compatible with Tor, and as Tails (along with the Tor Browser) is completely open-source (unlike most VPNs, which are closed-source), it is less likely that Tails is going to be infected with some malware and/or backdoor, provided, of course, that you are verifying signature files, running regular virus scans, using good computer security practice, etc.

In short, a VPN will serve you well and you only really need Tails if a TLA ("three-letter agency") is investigating you for something or if you live in an oppressive country (which are full of TLAs) or if you just value your privacy while be online and do not want members of your own household looking at your browsing history, Internet caches, "sniffing" your router traffic, running keyloggers (a big one), etc., which is probably very rare anyway, but is certainly possible!

GPG4WIN, which is open-source and free, will provide excellent email encryption:

Tails, of course, has its own encryption programs.

Be wary of Windows. It came to my attention the M$ deleted Tor Browser from a lot of computers running Windows 8.

No. It's incomprehensible to me as well, though I know that the IP is the way the internet knows where to send all the information to your computer. It's an internet address. If you didn't have one, when you went to a website, the website wouldn't know where to send the screen images to. That's the only thing I understood on this whole topic!

Just don't ask me where the IP address comes from. I think your internet provider gives it to you.

If you download TAILS, it does all of these things automatically. So you don't have to worry whether you are running the Tor Browser without getting compromised. So its a nice easy download to make things easy for you :P without having to be a geek. Hope that helps.
