Do not use yahoo. I had an account, but I have not been able to access it for more than five years, so I let it lapse.
I do not know what to recommend.
Google or gmail.com supposedly is controlled by the CIA, who can read all emails.
gmx.com is now run by the Germans, who are not much better than the CIA.
Yahoo is supposedly controlled by British Intelligence, who can read all emails.
Basically, there is no privacy on the Internet.

I boycott Apple because they attacked marriage, donating $100k against California's Proposition 8, and they also openly support the sodomite agenda.

I couldn't in good conscience use Apple. Not only are they anti-Catholic (their logo, the causes they support, etc.) ... but they create huge profit margins by operating some incredibly inhumane slave labor camps where many souls are lost due to high ѕυιcιdє rates.

Facebook monitors, often Catholic Filipinos who cannot find better paying jobs, have a higher ѕυιcιdє rate due to the horrific content of the posts which they must monitor or delete. These jobs would fall under slave labor too.
It is a danger to one's salvation to work for companies like Facebook, Apple, and Windows.

I use yandex and zoho both are free. There's something called protonmail too but I haven't done anything with my address there.

I don't know of any free email programs that are considered "safe and secure". In this age I think we have to recognize that we have no privacy and act accordingly.

What do you mean "for Catholic". Are you looking for a company that upholds Catholic teaching?

Yandex has a lot of spambots using their accounts.
I would not trust it. Isn't it basically a Russian company?
If so, it might be run by the KGB or their successor.

You will have to pay for the email account but it does allow you to create alias accounts to help thwart spam and such.

For personal reasons I found that rather interesting. Can you provide any links to docuмentation for same or is that just something that you heard somewhere?

The privacy part... I use a rooted older smartphone; my husband uses a flip phone. Email? No: we went back to paper (letters, hand-delivered notes, etc). No online banking, photos, etc.
I found a rooted Samsung Note 4 for a few hundred dollars on (crosses self) eBay. It's old enough that many new apps won't work on it (which honestly? GOOD SIGN!) With a rooted phone, I can freeze/delete Google, Facebook, and other "invasive" apps. In fact, I have few apps except my own, or friend-developers that I send a few bucks to (Calendar, navigation but that's far more costly). THE exception is Facebook Messenger: too many people use it for me to avoid it, but I have the root application X-Privacy to block the worst of FB Messenger's "privileges". (And I never update the app.)
On my computer, I use yandex for email when email is required. I still use YouTube as well, but that's my only "Google" site (and I block most of their beacons with uBlock Origin, which keeps the porn ads off my computer). And I try to find content on other video sites as well. Sure feels like the 3 days of darkness (or at least that the time is approaching).
I intend to keep buying OLD phones (in good condition, and rooted, or able to be rooted.)

I cannot remember where I read this information, but it was from a Catholic site which was trying to bring the plight of the Filipino Catholics to our attention. You must realize that muslims have invaded the Philippines and so Filipinos feel very vulnerable due to the terrorist attacks on their own homeland. Then Facebook makes these Filipino Catholics watch, report, and delete thousands of videos showing beheadings and other atrocities committed by muslims day after day. It is too much for them to handle. It is too much for anyone to handle.
Google, Amazon, and Facebook are all evil corporations which exploit poor people and do not pay them adequate wages.
