My laptops have been dells. The one I have now is one of the last with a side compartment for cd /dvd.

I have to figure out to do if I want internet. Sprint was bought out by T-crummy Mobile and my netgear no longer works. Maybe I can use Wi-Fi or hotspot via my cell phone.

So, run the Installer. Then find it on your Start menu and right-click > more -> pin to task bar.

Then find Edge on your Task Bar and right-click -> "unpin from taskbar"

In your search area, type "Default" and click on "Default apps". Find "Web Browser", click on the Edge Icon, and select Chrome instead.

Thanks for the tips Lad. Once I get the basic bookmarks in place I'll start delving further.
