I'm sorry but I think AI is incredibly overhyped. If AI is so powerful why hasn't it come up with a single medical breakthrough, designed a flawlessly reliable and more efficient internal combustion engine, advance battery technology, better digital imaging. Even cell phone technology has stagnated.
AI is primarily going to be used for data collection and tracking of YOU and ME.
Firstly you exaggerate some what. Secondly and this is the important part. Ai suffers from garbage input = garbage output. This is a problem that can be fixed using decentralized oracles networks. But we are still somewhere away from this being a reality. As to how long it will take, i don't know.

Misermini, if I had your negative, defeatist attitude I would hang myself.

I don't know. Sounds to me like Miseremini knows a thing or two about selling realty.

No, most of it has come about due to a combination of a collapsing accompany and increasing use of Indians (offshore and H1B).
Which is who that original job posting of Matthew put is supposed to attract.
Indians and low quality, low pay employees that get the job done just enough..

I'm working with an Indian in a different office, (PE engineer this guy is) he's literally borderline retarded when it comes to the practical side of engineering. We are starting to see as a collective, the quality of their work and it shows very quickly.

Each of us needs to accept that we are in the late stages of predatory capitalism, if not the world itself.
The government, corporations, and what is generally considered the Catholic church no longer even
maintains the pretense it cares about you. In fact, they are actively working to replace you and your culture
as quickly and efficiently as possible.
My own background is in the arts but nobody told me at my expensive art school that this field is dominated and controlled
by a lavender mafia. No matter how talented you are these queers and jews or queer jews are the gatekeepers
to being able to have your work exposed to the right collectors, who are also queers and jews.
So, for most of my adult life I have had to earn a living in completely unrelated fields which did not suit either
my skills, passion or temperament. It's a bitter pill to swallow seeing the work of so many untalented people elevated
to ridiculous heights in the arts and entertainment fields.
People complain about how terrible Hollywood movies have become, how they keep pumping out remakes and sequels of the same slop like they have run out of ideas. No, there are piles of original and edifying screenplays that will never get the green light because their authors are gentiles or the themes don't fit with a woke agenda.
Same goes with the music industry. One illiterate rapper will probably earn more in a year than every classical composer taken together made in their entire lifetimes.
Yet,
Survival has and always will be about adaptability to one's environment.
