Misermini, if I had your negative, defeatist attitude I would hang myself. 
Sheesh, every human endeavor is fraught with obstacles, drawbacks, disappointments. 
It would take some time to establish yourself, get your footing in any field. Until
then it might provide a good supplement to one's income.

That was my point exactly after you stated "selling residential properties is probably the easiest in the entire spectrum of sales".

How do you phase out safe, skilled, responsible tree climbers, who aren't addicted to drugs? For the young and fit, there's decent pay, and high demand, because only climbers can go where the machines can't.

I'm sorry but I think AI is incredibly overhyped. If AI is so powerful why hasn't it come up with a single medical breakthrough, designed a flawlessly reliable and more efficient internal combustion engine, advance battery technology, better digital imaging. Even cell phone technology has stagnated. 
AI is primarily going to be used for data collection and tracking of YOU and ME.
