This is extremely misleading.. The internet was not "down".

Cloudflare, which is a company that provides CDN services, had an issue.  Many companies use Cloudflare's services, so these companies were impacted.

The internet itself was just fine.. Just a company that runs on the internet had an issue that impacted a lot of people.
