The main problem was email. Then after. I got rid of it.
My cell was acting up unless there is something wrong with my parents phone. Because whenever they would call, phone would freeze. Then when I was looking up different things, it would say my location was Maryland area which is not true. Then when I erased and reset, the weather channel would come up andorra la Vella. I have had my email hacked before but first time I had trouble with cell phone. I would have still had my old iPhone 4 if I hadn’t broke it after having it for many years.
Another thing is Facebook has section for face recognition. New iPhones are pushing for fingerprint. Of course opening new email accounts force you to put your cell number at risk. If it was up to me , I would have trac phones.
Are you using a VPN or proxy? That's the only way I could imagine it giving your location as random places.
As for it freezing, well that just means the phone's either damaged or defective. Take it to a repair shop or, if it was like this when you bought it, ask for a refund/replacement.
