My husband recently made a gofundme to start a business and while we put it in his fb page and have gotten some donations I was wondering if anyone knew how to get it going more...we also shared it with our friends and family and asked them to share with their network. Thus far we have gotten any more momentum.
We don't want to pay fb because we have had issues with fb in the past, besides not wanting to support them economically( I personally am not on fb due to their many ethical issues).
So anyway any suggestions would be helpful.

Surely there is a better way then dealing wit fb and gofundme!

Go fund me and face book are anti Catholic.

There are business Kickstarter sites out there ... but people want a return on their money. You’re never going to get a lot of capital by way of donation. Lots of people would like to start a business but don’t have the funds.

Can you clarify what you're doing or trying to do? Are you asking for handouts in order to start your own business? Try working by the sweat of your brow and callouses on your hands and feet to earn the money to start your own business; and, more importantly, offer each work day and your goal to own a business to the Lord for His greater glory. If it truly effects His greater glory even through mysteries we can't comprehend, and if it's good for your souls, He will bless you with a business. You have to work for it, too. Even when Noah faced an existential crisis, God just didn't give him an ark. He required Noah to labor to make it happen. Your dilemma is miniscule compared to Noah's, but Noah still had to work to effect his self preservation. God just didn't give him a handout to save him. So what do you think God will require of you?
