Ever since the recent Ddos attack on Cathinfo a couple of days ago, I cannot get to the site, no matter which search engine I use.( Brave, Chrome,, Edge, etc)
. the message I get is “this site can’t be reached”.I have no problem going to other sites- the computer is working normally otherwise.I can get into Cathinfo on my iPhone without any problems.
Any ideas as to what to do about it?

Try changing your DNS settings. It's most likely your ISP. If you're getting to CathInfo from your phone on LTE It's because you have a different IP and DNS.

Another poster also got blocked after the DDOS. I’m guessing Mathew blocked some IP ranges in response and you may have been a casualty. IM or PM Matthew with you IP and he can unblock it.
So you were the unintended double effect.

This happened to me after one of these attacks months ago. My IP was banned along with the IPs of the attackers. I emailed Matthew and he fixed the problem right away.

I will be writing a new script soon -- I figured out a way to block only the real hammerers of my server. Right now, anyone the Router claimed was "DoS attack" got added to the blacklist -- even if it was only 1 entry!
I was being thorough, sure, but it brings a huge chance of false positives, with little-to-no upside.
But I need to write a script to do this automatically, which will take me a couple hours. If I wasn't so busy today, I'd do it right now. It will probably be done by the wee hours of Sunday morning.

Thank- you Matthew. At your convenience

Can you please unblock me, again.

Ok, anyone who was blocked by accident should be able to access CathInfo again.
I wrote a new script, which is a bit "smarter" in who it decides to block.
