    • Is there some reason there is no place to start a new topic?  I don't see the option to do so as in other sub-forums?

    • A lot of people were being lazy about starting threads in the appropriate sub-forum and throwing everything into general discussion.  So Matthew (temporarily?) removed the ability to start new topics there.  He is trying to train us to think about where to put our posts.
