I just did some jukin' and jivin' and here are the results:
The VPN I use to login and post on Gab has "on and off" option, so I'm not sure if that's the same as "non-logging". I don't actually login with a username and password to use that VPN there. I tried another VPN where I actually login with a name and password but that one gets denied by Gab.
Most VPNs log the users' IP address and sites visited and make those when-and-where records available to .gov/.ZOG.
The "non-logging" VPNs do not maintain (or
claim to not maintain) a record of the users' traffic, so there is nothing available to provide the .gov/.ZOG masters.
"Log-in" is a different issue. It's how the VPN cpmpanies are assured that the user paid to use the VPN service.
