Could probably send a little in donations. Any chance of a way to donate that avoids paypal?

So, that's all I have set up at this time.  You CAN just use a card if you click the donate button though.  You'll see an option to use Venmo and then also a Credit/Debit card.  Now, Paypal will still be part of the process, but you wouldn't need a PayPal account.

I could probably set up other ways to donate, such as to set up a PO Box for people to mail checks to if that's what they would prefer.  It's just that I don't think most people want to go to the trouble of writing checks.  I actually stopped using checks entire and only put a tiny amount of money in my checking account and transfer from savings on demand (no overdraft into Savings set up), since one time someone go a hold of my routing / account numbers, and it was an absolute nightmare.  Unlike with credit cards, there's very little protection for fraud on those, and all they literally have to do is copy down those numbers ... no other verification.  I'm sure it's deliberate to push people to digital and to cards.  Since I paid everything from my checking it was weeks of nightmare to close the account, create a new one, and then set every single bill pay up to use the new checking account.  Long digression, but if you prefer to do something else please feel free to drop me a Private/Direct mesage here.

Thank you.

if I'm out, say, mowing the grass (I use and electric/battery mower, so it's not terribly loud), etc.

Even using a gas mower, a solution to hear well is to use full coverage ear muffs. Good ear muffs that seal well (having short hair is best) and then use ear buds inside, works really well.

Yes, I do believe there are some extremely good noise canceling headphones out there that could cancel out even a gas mower, such as the Bose ones, but those are like $300.
