When you use the "Insert Unordered List" or "Insert Ordered List" buttons in the editor, it will correctly insert a list. BBCode looks fine too.

But when you post, the lists are not rendered at all.

Example unordered list:

• a
• b

Example ordered list:

• a
• b

No lists are displayed. So Matthew, if you ever want to tinker with the forum software could you look into this?  

To work around this, you can manually insert a bullet point character like this:
• a
• b

or like this:
- a
- b
