Here is what it changes the blasphemy into:

So I included parenthesis so you know something got replaced -- so you know there WAS blasphemy there.

Yes. 

Google only charges $25 one-time fee to be a Developer (able to submit apps) to the Google Play store.
Chrome is also Google, and they have a $5 one-time fee to submit extensions to the Chrome extensions store.

Much better than Apple's $99/year. I hate Apple and everything they stand for.
