My ISP "gave" me a new IP address to go with my new router, which screwed EVERYTHING up.
Let's just say when you're running a webserver, you need a STATIC (permanent) IP address which never changes. That is why I pay $15/month EXTRA for this feature from my ISP.
Unfortunately I didn't know how their system worked -- apparently when I present myself with new hardware (i.e., a new router -- the thing that actually connects directly to the Internet connection coming in to my house) their system didn't recognize "me". It thought I was someone else, so it served up a new IP address.
So I sighed, switched everything (including all the websites) over to the new IP, and after a day or so, everything was good. CathInfo 24h traffic/logins were back to normal.
Then early in the morning Friday, my ISP gave me my OLD IP address back (I didn't ask for this!) so I was back to square one!
I had to change everything over to the OLD IP address, and begin the 12-48 hour propagation AGAIN. By nighttime Saturday, everything should be back to normal.
I couldn't access CathInfo last night from my phone either. 48 hours after 9:00 AM Friday morning, everyone should be able to access CI from anywhere.
Stupid ISP.
