Just watching a program where some guy in Dallas finds out he is HIV+ and then intentionally goes out and infects over 2 dozen women.

The women are called victims, the entire program tries to draw sympathy for the women.

Well, these women were picked up in bars and then willingly had sex with him. You get what you get. God told you what to do, you are the other half of it.
