We don't need to read graphic details of what goes on in public schools.

I had to delete a thread about two 3rd graders (9 year olds) committing grave sins against the sixth commandment in a public school classroom.

Most of us here on CathInfo wouldn't send our children to public school, even if that were the only option!

Personally, I'd rather see my children uneducated than have their souls destroyed in a godless, pagan public school.

The immorality that passes for normal there is legendary.

Not sure if the public school system is different in America than it is in Australia, but I can imagine they would be similar. I go to a public school. It's better than most, however I'm the only practising Catholic there. I would never send kids to a public primary school, however financial difficulties prevent many Catholics from sending their kids to private Catholic schools. They are typically quite expensive.

What about homeschooling? Homeschooling is far better than a "catholic" school.

Imagine my dismay at having said exactly this at three traddy schools and being punished for having done so.

The world is really turning upside-down.     You'd think they would be trying their hardest to make saints, or at the very least, good little soldiers of Christ.
