the blogowner tells you the name of your patron for this year.you just have to mail him,and he tells you about the Saint who choses you.
Do you know how he does it?
Is is an acceptable practice? :confused1:

  • Frightened is what I would be. What does she mean the Saints let her know? I mean does she think/feel this? Or, is she channeling?

  • Some people believe in this work. And this blog says that Sr.Faustina (candidate for canonization) and her religious sisters, did this. there is a list of those who mail this person on that blog, some of them even give testimony and speak about the ways they and their saints are connected!

  • You don't acquire a patron saint like a Native American spirit guide!

Your patron Saint (as far as I understand it) is your baptismal Saint and in addition the Saint you chose at confirmation. Of course, you can also have strong devotion to other Saints (and should love and honour all the Saints). But the idea that some chap on the internet can help you find your "special" Saint is a bit kooky to me!
