Here in the 20's (that's the 2020's), it's easy to generate a cartoon character or avatar for yourself for your blog, youtube page, social media, etc.
It used to be that only those who knew a cartoonist, or were a cartoonist themselves, could generate a cartoon of themselves.
But now everyone can do it. So now human nature steps in, and people can idealize themselves, create a pretty much completely false version of themselves, 200 pounds lighter, 20 years younger, much cuter, more attractive features, etc.
I'm sure this is extremely common, but one of these jumped out at me today on fαcebσσƙ. See below for the picture -- both the cartoon avatar, and the person it's supposed to represent. All I can say is, NOT ACCURATE.
(Not saying guys aren't guilty of this as well. But men aren't famous for lying about their weight. Maybe they exaggerate different things, or less often?)
