As the old saying goes, "Use it, or lose it."  This applies to many things in the human body - muscles, brainpower, cardio health, memory, etc.

I do feel that sometimes as I use AI for things. It's going to make our world an echo chamber of one AI copy paste talking to another.

As most people experience political 'debate' through their TVs, they could probably replace all our politicians with AI, and people would still go and vote.
