What's possible is they are going to do a bunch of "dirty nukes" to take out sections of cities and make them uninhabitable. This would localize electronics damage etc... Forcing people to move due to contamination as well. If there is a real estate crisis or they want to force high density housing then this is a way to do it.

It's hard to say what the angle will be. Perhaps there will be fake nuclear attacks to precipitate a real, kinetic war. I think this is more likely than the former but taking their ridiculous propaganda at first glance I would say they are prepping us for dirty nukes.

They have no problem with Blue Beam or real domestic terror, we know that much.
