Sorry, I don’t know, but if they have no more info. on the SSPX site, it’s probably a very small, old style chapel that meets in a motel, someone’s house, VFW, etc. I’m not sure where is the nearest priory, but my guess is that it’s nowhere close, probably requires a flight, and priests may take turns saying Mass. You could call the SSPX and get more answers.

If you look at the picture on the link in the OP, you can see that it's not some kind of borrowed accommodation, it's a small church building, very simple, possibly acquired from a Protestant body that had no further use for it.

Bremer is a fairly short distance from Winona.  If I had to guess, it may be served only twice a month because most of their priests are flying out to more distant sites, and it would be impractical for a priest to stay at the seminary and drive down there every week.  He may also have another chapel at a similar distance in another direction that he serves on the Sundays that Bremer doesn't have Mass.
