Title: Which Red States/Counties do you Recommend?

Thinking of moving to the USA from Canada on a business visa. Which red states would you recommend for homeschooling, homesteading, and adequate access to home birth midwives? Also, good access to TLM. We're okay with the cold but nothing too hot or desert-like.

AZ allows any homeschooling.
