I couldn't get along with Samuel either, but Sean Johnson seemed to be able to. But lest you think the problem is me, I can get along with BOTH Sean Johnson and Ladislaus, but those two are often at each others' throats. There are others as well.
Everyone has a handful of people they just aren't meant to be friends with in this life -- even if they're both firmly on the path to heaven.Personality, psychology, individuality all come into it. If these things were complete non-issues, Seminarians would be assigned a spiritual director at random, instead of being allowed to choose one. Apparently human considerations should be respected, when possible.
