Looking for some frankincense or any other good incense that is NOT derived from some pagan source like “temple flowers.”

There are some Indian brands that sell frankincense not from temple flowers that give the appearance they are for Catholics but the image of Our Lady on the box looks suspect, like the eyes are too dark, it just doesn’t look good. Makes me worry about those people who are literally casting spells on products and stuff like that. 

There are some monasteries, and certainly "Autom" and "Leaflet Missal" come to mind.

Traditional chapels get their incense from sources like that.

DO NOT USE AUTOM! They are very cheap, which isn't necessarily bad, but could be a total waste of money. I tried some incense from them, no smell what so ever... well, actually it smelled a little bad. Good thing I tested it first.

I don’t know about you but those images of Our Lady look weird.

The description says:

I don’t know if that would be reason enough not to buy them.

I'd avoid stick incense just because the bamboo stick and sawdust affects the smell, but you could get far worse.

Come to think of it, are we supposed to have incense at home in the first place?

While not common among Latin Rite Catholics in my experience, the use of incense in the home during personal prayer is common among Eastern Catholics and the Orthodox, as is the use of candles.  I assume there is no prohibition against a personal use.  Having a Holy Water font in the home is not uncommon among Roman Catholics.  I find that the aroma of incense during prayer helps lift me "out of this world" so to speak and I concentrate better on my prayers.  I find the same when I visit a church that regularly uses incense, the lingering aroma especially reminds me that I'm in a sacred space.
