I did a search for "deliverance weekend" and "catholic" and there really weren't very many search results. But of the ones that did come up, most definitely showed this to be a Pentecostal-type service.
It seems a lot of fads come into the Conciliar church through the Pentecostals. In the 1970s, the "Baptism in the Spirit" craze was all over the place. In the 1990s I could hardly miss the advertisements for "healing Masses". This "Deliverance Weekend" actually seems to be sort of a cross between the two.
The only thing I can say about this is that it is just another Protestant fad finding its way into Conciliarism. There will be a lot more since Conciliarism can never be satisfied with tradition.
(When I first saw the topic title, my first thought was that it was some sort of Catholic river-rafting camp. Surely they could have come up with a better name not connected with popular culture--but then, perhaps that was the intention.)
