  • Usually nothing except a cup of coffee. I can’t eat until I’ve been up and active for at least a few hours. I’ll get either indigestion, vomit, or it’ll go right through me and give me the green-apple-two-step.

  • Place a little porridge in a pot. Add a little muesli, a few sultanas and almond flakes, pour in a little water, milk and cream,
    boil for five minutes, then pour all into a dish, place some cornflakes on top, add milk as you are eating it to cool it down.
    That will last you until 6 o clock dinner.

  • Salt water mixed with a little apple juice, then a pot of tea (mate or guayusa) or coffee with honey.

    Ingesting a good amount of quality salt is paramount where hydration is concerned.

    Eventually, my wife usually makes me an egg and cheese sandwich.

  • Some days I go right for keto friendly lunch/dinner fare. Other days I start with a bowl of keto cereal with whole milk. Keto cereal is expensive, but it helps me maintain my weight, and I really really miss eating cold cereal. It was one of my staples as recently as my 30's.

  • - english muffin sandwich (with ham/bacon/sausage + egg + cheese)
    - homemade muffins
    - oatmeal
    - homemade granola and milk/yogurt with frozen fruit
    - sausage/smokies + egg + some carb

    Our chickens are beginning to lay eggs and we'll have too many if I don't use them regularly.

  • I make monster breakfast burritos, egg, cheese, bell peppers, onions, garlic, potato (sometimes hash brown, or diced) a little curry, cuмin, pepper, and the meat varies from fried diced Spam, sausage, bacon, always using bacon grease to fry everything. Then I sauce by spreading a little mayo and sri racha on the Extra Grande tortilla before rolling it up and crisp it in the pan.   Healthy enough
