  • For the brain, 2 eggs over easy, steal oatmeal, some meat/bacon, sausage, some times muffin with strawberry cream cheese, green tea and a juice.

    Dark rye toast with butter + honey
    Glass of orange juice
    A banana
    An apple

    Glass of Water

    Sometimes I may have a pastry like a croissant if we there are any in the pantry

  • A smoothie made in the blender from raw goat’s milk, half a banana, slippery elm bark powder, real maple syrup, a little blackstrap, with fresh nutmeg on top.
