  • It is not suppressed everywhere and it is not suppressed in perpetuity.

  • I listened to the first minute and all we can say is that the service being suppressed is not the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

  • This is not the first time the world had outbreaks of deadly sickness.  Brave priests of the past would go out to give last rites and even help bury the dead.  They would travel by horseback and even gunshots during penal times to offer Mass to the faithful. These priests were MEN of God.    If they had faith in God, they wouldn’t fear sickness and death.  The real Catholic Church has been suppressed and replaced with counter church of satan.

I agree with everything you've said
However, is it prudent if there is a likelyhood of cuasing more sickness by having crowds gather?
Extreme unction only involves danger to the priest but to extend that danger to others is questionable at the least.
We have the right to put ourselves in danger for the sake of charity or duty but we do not have the right to put others in danger.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Yes, almost entirely the Novus Ordo Missae aka the community Conciliar meal, and whichever limited diocesan and Ecclesia Dei offerings of the Mass of Ages are permitted in Bergoglian Rome. Given how publicly faithless Conciliar bishops generally are, the cowardice is to be expected. St Charles Borromeo had open air Masses during plague in Milan and gave Communion to victims. If the nearest homo sauna to the Vatican (Vatican owned building accommodate such things) had an issue, one third of the Conciliar cardinals would perish. The loss of the community Conciliar meal is not end of days stuff.

  • Most Italians don't go to Mass. Most contracept which why their population tends to be top heavy with elderly and whole villages look like retirement resorts.  Abortion is accepted and not one Italian made a move to throw the Pachamama out of the church.

It's interesting. If the Novus Ordo is just a communal meal and symbolic as modernists have been telling us for the past 50-some years then it's not worth troubling oneself about. I've noticed that the general attitude of the Catholics on Twitter seems to be anger at anyone who is sad about churches being closed to the public in Italy and Paris. Hopefully the clergy in Rome at least are still saying Mass in the rectory chapel or in the church and not just sitting around.

  • I personally think this event merely sets another precedent on the Church, namely, that it once more proves the subordination of the Church Militant to the secular world. We have to recall that the enemy works incrementally, so for now it's an interdict in Rome, maybe next time a Church-wide interdict as the Church bends the knee to some other widespread secular hysteria.

The Trad Masses are being suppressed just as much as the NO ones.

A lot just see a church as a nice place to visit, at best a place for a quite bit of recollection. If a local SSPX chapel is required to close, I hope the priest can offer Mass in open air.

We could be returning to something like the '80 when a video tape of Mass was the best available:

, although there are now more options for streamed or recorded Masses nowadays, at least for now.
