I want Republicans to take over Congress so that Obama's hands can be tied and he would be helpless. Anyone here think that will happen?

No thanks, that loser Party had their chance, why keep electing losers? So yo tie his hands? so what then? and they do the same to GO? then what?

start electing 3rd party's, stop making excuses why one does not...that is my advice.....

You mean you want to put the Liberal Republicans back in power? What do you think they are going to do, tie up a pen? Why not address the problem directly rather than select names? Why trust a person who lies over and over and over again about their voting record and the lobbyists (pro-life groups included) that support them? Why not actually nominate someone with principle instead of letting the party force their candidates on you? Why not study a candidates reputation and political record rather than take someone's word for it? Why do I have to tell you this?

This is why I do not believe in republics. The people who have collective power dont know what it's for, and if they know what it is, they have no idea what to do with it. Lamb chops anyone?

Vote the lesser of the two evils! If you can figure out who they are. Some are obvious, others are not.

We who have the Faith are in God's hands.

I know many people just won't vote at all, but my entire family still votes, that way we have a right to complain. lol

Those who stay home should keep their mouth shut, in my opinion, but they don't.

is no difference between the Democrats, and the
Republicans.
The Democrats are the freeways to socialism, and the
Republicans are the byways to socialism.
I vote third party, most likely a protest vote. Or I do
not vote at all.
The Military Industrial Complex runs this country.

People have NO CLUE WHATSOEVER what a "lesser" of two evils is. There is no excuse for a compromise in our political system.

I think people should do just that. Stay home and dont vote at all, because they have no idea what the objective is, and there is no reason to put yourself in a state of mortal sin if your just going to vote for someone who is a liberal who call's themself "conservative". The mere fact that people vote for false conservatives every election testifies to the truth that the people are incompetent and dont know what they are doing.

Unless I have proof I usually vote for the person that at least speaks out against abortion, and I will continue to do so.

At least my heart is in the right place, God doesn't expect me to know if the person is neo what you people say con or not, God knows but I don't know. It would be a sad day to believe that every person in the world is evil.
One of my traditional Catholic internet friends, her son just won an election for nomination, Todd Lally, he is a conservative, I believe or my name is not Myrna Migala

BTW... Glenn Beck had a great show tonight. What a "neo con"

Speaks out how often, several times during his campaign? This is politics. Words are worthless. The actions of a politician tell the world what he really believes, so both God and man know, but man just doesnt want to admit the truth, and neither do you.

Democratic republicanism itself seems to engender these miserable choices we have, more than anything. The more people we please, the less anything actually gets done.

It's why I think the Church has maintained any memory of itself.

People run on certain platforms solely for the money, position, and the perks that come with the office. That includes the pro-life movement, and I know because my family has been part of it since the very beginning. When the pro-life lobby opened up DOZENS of candidates, who were not at all concerned with the lives of children, jumped on the bandwagon simply because they were betting on good wages and bribes... their bets were good.

We still have to live in this world, for better or worse, and right now it is the worse.

I say get out and vote anyway! Just because someone wants to still vote doesn't make them the enemy like so many here seem to think so. Sheeeees!

If there are no good choices there is no reason to go out and vote. Why should you just to vote for someone who is bad?

Political battles are not won in the voting booth in the American arena, and people need to learn that if they want to be successful in their campaigns.
