    • Good thing I don't live in California. I know he said big gathering but If I were these people and say I hosted a big birthday party and my electric and water were shut down. I would sue the city of Los Angeles, put a smart meter cover on my smart meter, and if legal action against me ensues, I would form a well-regulated militia around my home. Just some good thoughts to think about.
