What if someone goes and tells a mother shopping in a supermarket with her 7 kids and tells her," my goodness, when are you going to stop?  It is much better with 2 and less stressful "

How do you deal with this?

I'll quote my novus ordo grandmother, who was a mother of 12, and had 8 miscarriages (probably one of the only valuable things she ever said) when people asked, "Are you done?" :

"Excuse me, but how does this concern you?"

"If you think overpopulation is a grave problem, go find a .45 and swallow a bullet, or dance with the next freight train you see...your personal allowance of resources must surely have been used up by now..."

Seriously, does anyone notice that none of those who are worried about overpopulation volunteers to "BE" the solution by jumping off the nearest cliff?  Where is their strength to live according to their convictions?

Frankly, I wouldn't take ANY crap from such people, any more than I do from ill-informed, meddling people who feel the need to comment when they seem me smoking.  They tell me it's bad for my health, etc., and I tell them it is not as dangerous as telling strangers what they should or should not do.  Oddly, none of them ever has anything to say in response.
