Does anyone know of any universities with an SSPX chapel nearby? That is, besides St. Mary's of course.

Well, Kephapaulos is attending college in San Antonio, TX and attends the SSPX chapel there.

There are probably many other options, depending on where you want to live. There are SSPX chapels all over the place, especially near large cities. It would take a bit of time to list them all :)

First of all, welcome to the forums!  It is always good to see a "new face" here.  Have fun.  =P

Onto your actual question, I think ChantCD hit the nail on the head.  Look at any of the major cities (NYC, Chicago, etc.), and you're likely to find an SSPX chapel.  I'd encourage you to look at the listing here (http://www.sspx.org/chapels.htm).  Then, once you've found a chapel, you can see what universities are in the area.  I'm assuming that you're seeking just a generic state-run school or something of the sort.
