And a great follow-up from this: three pending FACE Act charges have been dropped.  Not only that, an internal DOJ memo acknowledges that the law had been unjustly weaponized against prolifers and instructs that no new abortion-related FACE Act charges may be made other than in extraordinary circuмstances.

A victory for the prolife cause and for justice. (and it gets extra points because liberals will freak out about it )
