  • I read something very interesting on an e-mail list/forum today:

    Quote
The Military and the Coming gαy Tsunami

This Culture is not just the LGBT movement - It is from first to last the Culture of Death. It's children are: the LGTB movement, Pornography, Abortion, Divorce, Feminist "equality", and Birth Control, the Enlightenment/Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ, Modernism,  Protestantism, etc, etc. Its enemies are those of us who stand by our Catholic Principles.  It's interesting how at times this Culture appears to be at war with itself - the LGBT attack the Protestants (Chick-Fillet, anyone?) - not because of their Protestant characteristics - but because of their Catholic similarities. The children of this Culture would never attack a Protestant organization for promoting the use of Birth Control, but only for opposing gαy "Marriage" or Abortion. (See the attached PDF - the "March to the Abyss" is a visual aid from the seminary).
As for what parameters could be implemented: the only one I see that would keep one squeaky-clean would be to start a Catholic company, hire only Catholic employees, buy product/raw material only from other Catholic sources and sell only to Catholic clientele - a virtual impossibility. I'm nearing the end of my Military career (more on that later) and while I won't be going to work for MTV (or any other intrinsically evil corperation), I may consider a company like Boeing, Express Scripts, or Purena...  at least for now. I fully expect to one day have to choose between my job and my Faith. In the coming years, it's quite possible we'll have to choose between our lives and our Faith.

As for the Military, I can provide personal experience. If you or someone you know is interested in joining the Military, keep reading... otherwise, you may want to stop here.
I can attest that this dark shadow has enveloped the U.S. Armed Forces.  I'm nearing the end of a 20 year career, having served in both the Army (3 years) and the Coast Guard (nearly 17 years). When I first joined at age 17, I was one of the last recruits to answer those "infamous questions" before Clinton's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy was implemented... and we all know how that policy has ended.
Policies and regulations aside, the efforts among the top brass to make this Culture the norm from within the service are very easy to see. The Chaplain's Corps has been backed into a corner and has been told by the Generals/Admirals literally to, "Get in line or resign" - concerning ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs serving openly. They will inevitably be called upon to perform gαy "marriages" in the near future.  I personally know plenty of military members from this Culture, who've simply played their cards close to their vest over the years while living their "lifestyles" outside of work. Everyone in the workplace knows, but the consensus is: no one cares anymore, and if you do, you're the "hateful bigot". Oddly, many of these folks usually excel at their jobs and promote very quickly... for some reason, ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs are often very talented people.
Furthermore, there is a level of debauchery that afflicts nearly all of our troops, especially on deployment (not necessarily LGBT, but nevertheless part of the Culture) Here are a few examples: Pornography is the norm, and is in some cases even used currency.  Bunkers in the US bases in Afghanistan are referred to as "hotels" when they're not being used as bunkers (there are male and females soldiers on these bases). Military commands instruct the troops to "remain sɛҳuąƖly active" [by self-abuse] as a method of stress reduction on deployment. One can also read about many sɛҳuąƖ harassment/infidelity scandals which have ended the careers of many high ranking officers (and only when the info is made public, does it usually end their career). I'm sorry for dragging the reader through this, but I feel it's necessary for us Catholic men to know how low our fallen nature will take us when God is removed.
Terms like "An Officer and a Gentleman" are only a veneer that is thinner than the uniform itself, and within the ranks have been reduced to a cocktail party joke.  But this veneer is necessary to convince our troops that fighting for their (and our) freedom to partake in this Culture is as honorable Washington's defeat of General Cornwallis at Yorktown. In reality, they are slaves of this Culture, fighting for Zionist interests in Arab real estate and mineral rights. "Enduring Freedom" indeed!
Despite this, many of these men in uniform - my brothers in arms - do still possess a great deal of Honor, actually. The American serviceman will not leave a man behind in battle, will risk his life to drag a wounded comrade out of the line of fire, and in many cases will die in the process. Sadly, many are not in the state of Grace as they have been immersed in this Culture of Death their entire lives. Pray for them!

    Ave Maria

  • This is one of the many things that deeply saddens me too.

I can't remember if it was on Right Side News or CNS news (both of which are very new to me) where about a year ago I read a post by someone with a son in either Afghanistan or Iraq (sorry for my poor memory). But they said the reason moral is so low and soldiers are killing themselves like never before, is simply that they aren't allowed to engage as soldiers. They seem to understand that the enemy is every single 'Muslim', not just the ones with direct involvement in terrorism, and they're supremely frustrated. They're trained for war, but they're not allowed to use their training. Is this accurate, Matthew? In any case, it seems believable to me, considering the general PCness in our culture at the moment. It also reminds me of how idleness can be an occasion of the sin of impurity.

I'm impressed by your devotion to your country, and your commitment to the military.
What return shall I make to the Lord for all the things that He hath given unto me?

  • The unfortunate reality is that the US Military has been a pawn of ʝʊdɛօ/masonry and WASP capitalism for quite some time, in fact over a century a now.

Mexican American War- American imperialism against a secular government yet Catholic populace...numerous atrocities...Catholics were treated so bad in Union army, some deserted and joined the Mexican side- St. Patrick's Day Battalion.

Spanish American War- American imperialism against Catholic Spain.

World War 1- Allied treachery and American imperialism against a Catholic Austro-Hungarian Empire.

World War 2- Allied treachery/ʝʊdɛօ-Soviet Bolshevism/American Imperialism against Catholic Italy/Catholic Hungary/Catholic Slovakia/Catholic Croatia/Catholic Belgium and a Germany professing Christian principles (a European Axis force at least 80% Catholic).  Allied atrocities- mass rapes (Berlin), desecration of Catholic churches and monuments like the American bombing of Monte Cassino, dropping of nuclear bombs on civilian populations like Hiroshima/Nagasaki.

Desert Storm/Iraq/Afghanistan- Jєωιѕн Neo-conservatives steering American imperialism against an anti-feminist anti-capitalist Mohammedan nationalism.

We also need to consider the effects of US military degeneracy overseas, like Naval Bases in places like Guam/Okinawa and the moral cesspool of immorality that comes with it.  Such as millions of American soldiers trying to fornicate with women all over the globe.

Good ole G.I. Joe has been a force for satan long before Obama, shame on you "traditionalists" who call yourselves Catholic yet light off fireworks celebrating this freemasonic harlot of a country- The whore of Babylon.

No worries, Matthew.  I have two nephews in the military.  I appreciate you having posted it.

    Dear MariaCatherine,

My own experience prompts me to go a giant step beyond what Matthew has written or posted and to insist forthrightly that if one's country happens to be the USA, any properly oriented "devotion" to one's country (love would be a far better, far less qualm-provoking word) of necessity involves a total eschewal of a "commitment to the military."

Though off the top of my head I could easily write ten thousand words on this theme, let me confine its elaboration to two points.

For starters, I suggest that you reread closely everything that jozeftiso1947 wrote on page 1 of this thread. The bluntness of his wording might be unappealing to some, but aside from the insupportable contention that National Socialist Germany as a polity "profess[ed] Christian principles," he is right about the facts. (Had he instead simply written that as bad as Hitler's regime was, it was hardly more than the fifth, sixth, or seventh worst regime in place among the combatants at the time, it would be much tougher to take him to task.)

Second, the writer of the evidently fine article that Matthew quotes from was clearly born some years after my own time as a draftee in the army had come to an end (during a year of that time I was assigned to an infantry division in Vietnam). Yet aside from the exaltation of fαɢɢօts and fαɢɢօtry and the norming of women in combat and in barracks cohabitation with men—phenomena of the nineties and the naughts, respectively—the endemic immorality of every aspect of military life was just as plain to see in 1968 as in 2008. Indeed, it began in basic training, where everyone was expected to sing marching songs wherein someone who'd dodged the draft (a fellow generically named Jodi) was graphically described as screwing one's wife or girl friend and spending one's allotment check while the singing draftee was getting ready to keep his country "safe"—"safe from what" was seldom if ever addressed, of course. It amazed me at the time how effective this entry-level propaganda (used, nota bene, in both World Wars in pamphlets directed at enemy soldiers!) was in motivating ordinary trainees to resent civilians generally and to think of women, even their loved ones, as good for little else but carnal "service." (Happily, I myself was immune from at least this form of psychological pressure since I had neither a wife nor a girl friend to picture in dalliance with Jodi!)

What kind of country, MariaCatherine, trains its young men (now, too, its deluded young women) to react and think in this fashion? What sort of "justice" can there be in aggressive wars that require that such motivations be instilled in those sent to wage them, when even those with a 70 IQ would laugh aloud at the idea of themselves as defenders of the realm? Where, after all, are these wars being waged, and what is the threat being defended against? By the testimony of the U.S. government itself, certainly not Islam or its adherents! Look at the Obama-supported immigration bill, now in the House, that Jєωιѕн money and influence have thrown their full weight behind. Among its several treasonous messages, one of them is this: Muslims R Us.

I certainly don't expect Cheesehead Dolan and the other American conciliar prelates to bite the hand that feeds them by declaring service in the military objectively disordered and gravely sinful. But I nearly despair of Trads—whether pro-Resistance, pro-SSPX, or otherwise affiliated—who in a real sense subvert the very Faith they claim to want to further by speaking anything but ill of service in this country's evil armed forces.
