Yep, right on the border.  Part of me likes it, but part of me find it a bit, well, "cheesy".  If anyone specializes in "cheese," it's Protestants ... with their various T-shirt slogans.

I'm not sure who II, III, VI, VII, and VIII are.

Believe it's meant to be Pius I through XII.
