  • At best, he's over-simplifying.

    Maybe in some markets he's right, but you can't tell me it's stupid to buy a nice-sized house with a few acres of land for $120,000 or $150,000 in a state with plenty of rural property.

    In fact, rural property is going UP in price, as far as I've heard. It's where everyone wants to be when SHTF.
