  • There are many passages in Scripture that speak of fasting and its results [you can Google “fasting passages in the Bible” if you like].  Mary has spoken many times at Medjugorje about fasting and its power; to not only help your spiritual growth but also to change the world.

There are many different types of fasts [you also can look these up if you like].  This month I am fasting on oatmeal.  It is much cheaper than bread and saves me about $150/month which I can then send to my favorite charity. I cook 1 cup of oatmeal, with a little salt, so it doesn’t boil over in the microwave, in water. I do this for all 3 meals.  I have always thought that it tastes like wet cardboard but I never got up the nerve to actually chew on some so I don’t really know for sure; but I like to think I am correct in my assumption.  About once a week I freak out and need to go to the store and get some Kraft Caramels; which I promptly woof down – ah!! – I feel much better.

The reason I am writing about this is to tell you that all I am doing is cooperating with the Grace that has been given to me. With Grace it’s not hard to eat this stuff day in and day out. Without the Grace I would never consider doing it – it wouldn’t be “in my ballpark”.

Do you have the courage to ask Our Mother to obtain fasting Grace for you?

  • The Blessed Virgin Mary has never spoken at Medjugorje. It's a false apparition and deception of the Devil.

I agree that the apparitions of Medjugorje are not from God. I don't know if they are from the devil or if they are just made up by the "seers."

  • Jesus Christ warns us that in the final days there would be many false signs and wonder to deceive (if it were possible) even the elect (Mt. 24:24-25). St. Paul warns of the same thing when speaking of the Antichrist and the Great Apostasy: "Whose coming is according to the working of Satan, in all power and signs and lying wonders: And in all seduction of iniquity to them that perish: because they receive not the love of the truth but have consented to iniquity" (2 Thess. 2:9-10).

Of course the Devil is behind the false apparitions of Medjugorje (also those at Bayside, NY). Know them by their fruits. The Devil uses these false apparitions to draw countless souls away from the true faith and deceive them about the Vatican II Apostasy, the Vatican II antipopes and the New Mass.
