When I was growing up, we had one of those cork bulletin boards hanging on the wall in a very prominent location in the kitchen which we used for family reminders, notes etc.
Smack in the middle of that board, my mom put up a plain white laminated 8.5"x11" sheet of paper with big bold letters, which I only remember titled as; "The six most important words" - and while growing up, she made no bones about reminding us about them as often as was needed.
The 6 most important words: “I admit I make a mistake”
The 5 most important words: “You did a good job”
The 4 most important words: “What is your opinion?”
The 3 most important words: “If you please”
The 2 most important words: “Thank you!”
The 1 most important word: “WE”
The least most important word: “I”
