  • The powers that be also have simply corrupted the nature of authority and the respect for it on all levels and in all sectors of society. By doing so, they encourage violation of the fourth commandment when those in authority habitually fail in their duty either out of purposeful motive or sheer lack of wisdom and intelligence. We see it now in our families, teachers, doctors, lawyers, judges, kings, presidents, employers, priests, bishops, and even the Pope.

  • Actually, if everyone obeyed the First Commandment, there would be problems with obeying the rest of the 10 Commandments including the Fourth Commandment.
May God bless you and keep you

    What problems would there be?
