  •   Name Countries where:
    1-Sacraments are available.
2-It is allowed to give catholic education to your kids (no enforced secular education.
    3-no enforced family planning.
4-you can raise your children the way you want.(no meddling in your affairs by the gov)
    5-no public sex tourism.
    .......................................
The first criteria excludes many middle eastern Countries, the second third and forth excludes communistic and NWO ones, the forth means that a place like Thailand can't be in your list.
Name those who have all five criterias.
    Thanks alot.

  • NWO is pretty much every western country (is there any exception?) They are all under the control of Freemasonic governments.

We can't have a perfect world, not now. But there are countries -- at least one country -- where at the moment Catholics can live a traditional Catholic life.

In the USA, there is a LOT of variety in the people, culture, etc. If you want to avoid "Sodom and Gomorrha" type cities, avoid the big cities in California, Las Vegas, and a few other places. Big cities in general would be best avoided. The South has a stronger tradition of "conformity with the natural law", though TV is leaving its mark here too.

But TV is a choice. Using birth control is a choice. Having abortions is a choice. Sending children to public school is a choice.

Choices I am allowed to say "no" to.

  •   Yes evil is everywhere. We must look for places where it is not forced.
What about Countries like Spain, Portugal and Argentina which have large number of Catholics?

  • Perhaps someone who lives in one of those countries could comment -- I'm the opposite of "well traveled". I've only been outside the USA for 1 single week.

I do read a lot (albeit only English speakers), so my perspective is decently broad.

    Regarding Argentina:

1-Sacraments are available. They are in some states pemanently.
2-It is allowed to give catholic education to your kids (no enforced secular education.) It is getting harder and harder. Gov. dictates the plans for studying even in private schools and now we have "sex-pro homo education" since kindergarden!
3-no enforced family planning. We don`t have that.
4-you can raise your children the way you want.(no meddling in your affairs by the gov) Usually you can, but Gov enforces you for instance to take your kids to school at least till they are 15 years old (I think), so you are not "totally free".
5-no public sex tourism. What is this???

Spain is perhaps one of the most morally corrupts countries in Europe nowadays and Argentina is the most liberal and morally corrupt from latin american. I don`t know about Portugal

  • In the USA, homeschooling laws vary by state.

Some states let you do whatever you want; others require that you submit your curriculum to the State for approval, etc.

Public school isn't "mandatory" much of anywhere in the US, that I know of.

    Ewwww.
Oh no! How can anybody tolerate living there? Is it really mandatory to give such education to kids?

Does it mean that marriage is to be the harder calling not the religious life?
I was seriously considering going abroad and marry there. Now I am just too scared of doing so.

    New Zealand.

    1. SSPX has a huge parish in Wanganui and the priests travel weekly to other cities for Mass.  Wellington has a traditional priest who says daily Mass in private but has a rather large congregation.

    2. Not only can you homeschool - you don't need to use the government curriculum, you don't need to explain why you want to homeschool, and you can teach what you want and use any examination types you wish. Oh - and you get a no strings attached payment of 700 per child twice a year as a contribution towards the parent who is supervising the homeschooling.

    3. Family planning is not enforced though public policy likes the idea and it is available (though this is thankfully changing a little with our new conservative government).

    4. This is almost completely true - it is now illegal to smack your children and this inane rule has been enforced a couple of times; nevertheless people continue to do it and at least one school I know of still uses corporal punishment - much to the horror of the government.  That aside, your children are your responsibility and the government won't interfere.

    5. None.  Prostitution is legal but you don't see it happening and most people wouldn't know it was if it weren't for the media reporting it.

I disallow TV, radio, and any other form of press and media in my home and aside from my obligatory dealings with the tax department (I work for myself and have to handle my own taxes) I don't know what is going on in the secular world and am not influenced or affected by it in any way.

  • I should also add that the SSPX parish has a primary school, a high school, a priory (of 3 priests usually), and a convent of about 10 nuns.  It is a thriving parish in a beautiful part of New Zealand.  You can read a little more about the convent on their blog here:

    http://dominicansisterswanganui.blogspot.com/2007/10/introduction.html

And here is a newspaper article that speaks favorably of the Parish and a recent visit by Bishop Fellay:

  • Just an update on the Canadian situation from what I know. Well homeschooling is allowed with the most freedoms in AB, followed by B.C then Sask going East I was told it gets more complicated if you want any sort of funding. If you dont want the funding then its not a problem. I live in B.C and there are only 2 sspx priests in the whole province. We thankfully have some Ukrainian catholic churches which fit with tradition but some places u must be cautious. AB has tons of ukrainian catholic churches through out the province and tons of orthodox masses but u wouldnt be able to take communion as they are in schism. I know of a large sspx school in Calgary and the priest there travel to Edmonton to do the tridentene mass. Lots of country towns throughout Canada, people are mostly laid back. The cities are definetly different than the country as far as fashion and values and corruption. I love Canada but sometimes dislike the cold as I was born in Egypt and I think my DNA has not adapted. Mind u a nice warm woodstove is a comfort and I keep my outdoor work to a min in the wintertime.  Annie

    That's interesting.
How long has this been the case in NZ?
I'd love for this state to send me the money they're saving by not having to educate my children for me.

To be honest I am not sure - but it is definitely the case at present.  Alas NZ is a welfare state and when any kind of handout is introduced (even one which is merely repaying you for not costing the government to educate your children) they are almost impossible to repeal - political ѕυιcιdє.

I am having a hard time coming up with any other place that is more anti-government-control and more conservative in general than Texas.

How about Idaho?  We are contemplating moving there (if I can get a job and some money) -- very homeschool-friendly laws, no forced vaccinations, etc.
