How sublime, noble, and beautiful! I love it!
Knights were synonymous with serious, fervent, active Catholics. How the pagan modern world makes fun of them today!
Reading through the list of obligations, I had to chuckle when recalling "Trad Cath Knight" who was a mere LARPer (live action roleplay-er) or poseur, because one of the obligations was
"to seek out and help widows and helpless orphans in their necessity"
Meanwhile, the infamous TradCathKnight instead accepts donations FROM old ladies and widows, not to mention asking for donations from others which COULD HAVE GONE to more noble causes -- actual widows and orphans. Instead of doing something with his hands so he could help others in need, he chooses to become a burden on others. Why not get a full-time job like the rest of men? His blogging is fine to do in one's spare time, but his apostolate is no TAN Books or Pro-Life apostolate, which did lots of real good for the world, and took full-time effort and many resources to achieve. Running TAN Books required that Tom Nelson not have a "regular day job". The same goes for certain officers in pro-life organizations. You (or your organization) ask for money to fund apostolates when your work *requires full time dedication* AND *needs to be done* AND *no one else is doing for free*. But Trad Catholic bloggers, online posters, and news article-sharers are a dime-a-dozen, and they all do it for free!
