  • How are you imparting, or how do you plan to impart your "fight" to your children?

Has anyone developed a curriculum to teach VII and all the modernism that led up to it?

What books would you think are essential at what age?

Do you use any source docuмents?

    Docuмentaries? Conferences?

How do you plan to impart a profound understanding of the issues so they will be equipped to see through the pretty lies?

It's such a huge topic and now that the SSPX can't be trusted to tackle it with vigor, we are a bit overwhelmed, knowing it will be one of the most important topics we need to cover but really not knowing where to start in teaching it effectively.

  • Tumultuous Times book by Fr. Francisco and Fr. Dominic Radecki (Twenty General Councils of the Catholic Church and Vatican II and Its Aftermath.

Large book but not in homeschool curriculum.  It depends which way you lean: accepting some of Vatican II or nothing.  You want the truth.

  • Tumultuous Times can be found (also) through www.ISOC In Spirit of Chartres Committee founded by John and Judith Sharpe family who brought us the video and now DVD of "What we have lost".  They may be helpful in directing you to other sources.  They home school their children and have conferences of many well known speakers.

  • I read the book, and it lists docuмents and etc to back up their sources and such.  I found it very good reading.  Vatican I was an eye opener.  Very important and Vatican I was never finished.  I don't think you would be disappointed in this book.

  • Thank you! I took a look at it and it is CMRI so we may have to read it with a grain of salt. We don't come to the same conclusions as they do. But it looks very informative nonetheless. I wanted to see more than what was in the preview so that's a good sign.
