Public service announcements:
1. TAN stands for Thomas A. Nelson (the founder), not "Tuum Adoramus Nomen" which was a retcon from Good Will Publishers/St. Benedict Press when they bought he company.
2. TAN Books was lost to bankruptcy in 2009 and sold to Good Will Publishers which had several "imprints" under them including St. Benedict Press. TAN became another "imprint" under their umbrella.
3. They are extremely Novus Ordo, conservative at best. They reduced the company to bare-bones about 9 employees.
4. Many reports of changing even their classic TAN books as they print new ones -- making them more Vatican II friendly. So beware.
