Sometimes it is simpler to note what is laudable and licit, than the reverse; this has the added benefit of rendering positive justice and noting the merits of the meritorious, instead of giving free advertising to the Devil and his lackeys.
TL; DR: Who should we support? In this day and age especially, that would seem to be an ever shrinking, and so easier to enumerate, list.
Catholic "Better Business Bureau"?
Precepts of the Church, basic Maslow, + true recreation would be good categories to start with.
Stick and carrot.
Profit and loss.
Somebody is going to get our money, even if we just stick it in a mattress.
Isn't it better to deliberately determine who that should be?
Might give someone some ideas for potential niches for businesses to boot.

What worries me a lot is how many products utilise foetal cells / tissue but we don't know anything about it?
