Stories of saints for children?

What are some good accounts of saints to read to children? I am considering babysitting my nieces and nephews eventually and I want to get them to show interest in the faith. I was talking today with a friend online and I suggested him starting with reading stories you'd find in the martyrology to children (not stuff like people being killed I mean stuff like St. George slaying the dragon or something kids would find cool or interesting so you can draw them in)

I wouldn't steer clear of the tough stuff. My kids loved The Martyrs of the Coliseum or Historical Records of the Great Amphitheater of Ancient Rome

Think about saints who died as children like

I remember as a child being impressed by St Tarcisius.

Fr. Lovasik books
(note: any Lovasik books pertaining to the Mass might be updated depending on the publisher, but the saint stories should all be fine)

Individual books will go into more detail on each saint, but there's also complications that have one page for each saint.

If you have anyone in the 10+ age range, look for books by Susan Peek.
