    • LE It's  being an adult to control our emotions. Sleep deprivation and stress does not give someone the right to mistreat others. We should have empathy & respect for those around us no matter how we feel.
    Saying a man behaved in an abusive manner does not mean they believe he should be crying.

    • I know a feminist who says of a man when he disagrees with her (even mildly and without anger) that he is being "abusive." She will launch into a vicious tirade, however, literally screaming and swearing at him, and justify it by saying she was just "expressing herself."

    • It's a virtue for a man to defend his wife's honor even if he's very angry at the offender.  IMO there's not enough of this kind of righteous anger going around.

    Also, I don't totally agree with those who wimpily "forgive" child rapists/murderers, a la Mark Klaas.  He should have killed that guy.  Right in the court room.  God will forgive.
