  • I can't handle this topic.  It drives me to despair.

    How do you stay hopeful?
I exposed AB Vigano's public meetings with Crowleyan Satanist Dugin so I ask protection on myself family friends priest, under the Blood of Jesus Christ and mantle of the Blessed Virgin Mary! If harm comes to any of us may that embolden the faithful to speak out all the more so Catholics are not deceived.

First, consider the number of Catholics in the world. Then, think about the relatively small number of Catholics who actually go to Mass every Sunday. Of Sunday Mass goers, how many pray or even think about spiritual things for more than an hour per week? Unfortunately, not very many. Finally, how many of these Catholics actually believe all of the Church's teachings and try to follow them? Unfortunately, very few. If you're posting on this forum I would assume that you take your faith very seriously. Taking into consideration everything I have said, you are already a part of the few who are on or at least have discovered the narrow path to heaven. You must never despair. Despair is a sin. Trust in the goodness and mercy of God. He loves you very much. On the other hand, you don't ever want to become complacent. You must "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." Fear of God and trembling, but never despair. Continue to always put your faith first and do everything you can to live a good Catholic life. If you give it your all certainly you will be provided with the grace you need to save your soul ("My grace is sufficient for thee.") God bless you! I will pray for you and I hope you will pray for me too! :)
Our Lady of La Salette, pray for us!

  • First, consider the number of Baptized Catholics in the world. That is, how many actually LIVE the Faith, (e.g.- dress modestly, live by the commandments, work to stay in a constant state of sanctifying grace). Unfortunately, very few. If you're posting on this forum I would assume that you take your faith very seriously. Taking into consideration everything I have said, you are already a part of the few who are on or at least have discovered the narrow path to heaven. You must never despair. Despair is a sin. I could not have said it better, so I just add some emphasis of my own in bold. Even more unfortunately, and sadly, at my own SSPX chapel, where one would expect the most serious Catholics to be (versus the Novus Ordo), I see that today, the majority of the parishioners are like 1960's Catholics, going towards the world rather than to the Faith. I think it has always been that way in the USA. In France less than 4% of Baptized Catholics go to mass, that is 96% of Baptized Catholics do not even go to mass! It is easy to see why so few are saved.

One should strive for more than just being saved, one should strive for spiritual perfection, and not just be satisfied with the minimum.

  • Few are saved. Why? Because of the gravity of sin. Even more grievous for Catholics because despite Gods grace (mass, the sacraments), they sin as they do and think nothing of it. They are filthy with sin, they are playing around in mud, and they think that they are clean ("good") because they see the world playing around in manure sludge.

St. Francis said that as God is the Light, as we come closer to him, it is as if we bring a light closer and closer to us. When we look at ourselves in the mirror, the less light we have, the less imperfections we see, the more perfect we think we are. As we add (receive) more light, we begin to see more and more of our imperfections, wrinkles, scars, pimples, pores. We are blind as to what we really are. When St. Francis died, he was convinced that he deserved Hell, and entrusted himself to God’s Mercy. He knew that he was not clean because he had been so close to God. ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI!

No, Our Lord paid plenty for all sin.

    it's because people don't repent.
That meaning of the sacred dogmas is ever to be maintained which has once been declared by holy mother church. (Dei Filius)
