Read the quotes I posted from the Saints. It's not just in those circuмstances. Also aren't we supposed to pray always? So likewise a woman should cover her head always.
It's really telling how some 'Catholics' dislike being told by Catholic Saints that women should cover their heads in public.
Well then: the man he compels not to be always uncovered, but only when he prays. For every man, says he, praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonors his head. But the woman he commands to be at all times covered. Wherefore also having said, Every woman that prays or prophesies with her head unveiled, dishonors her head, he stayed not at this point only, but also proceeded to say, for it is one and the same thing as if she were shaven. But if to be shaven is always dishonorable, it is plain too that being uncovered is always a reproach. And not even was he content, but added again, saying, The woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head, because of the angels. He signifies that not at the time of prayer only but also continually, she ought to be covered"
st john chrysostom
Notice how St John makes it very clear that women should ALWAYS be covered. Gray when you say that women should only be covered during prayer you are interpreting scripture according to you own will. But being Catholic we ought to agree with those Saints who are far greater than on understanding scripture.
As it is written.
30 And Philip running thither, heard him reading the prophet Isaias. And he said
: Thinkest thou that thou understandest what thou readest? 31- Who said:
And how can I, unless some man shew me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him [Acts Of Apostles 8:31]
