The heckler is the same fellow who interrupted the bishop's last talk. He is an atheist/ Jєω, well-known to Bp. W. He just may find himself a Catholic, since he can't seem to stay away from Bp. W. The good bishop will not hesitate to "box his ears" if necessary, and, I'm sure, to have the privilege of baptizing him! Stranger things have happened. Though they be few in number, truly converted Jєωs make the best Catholics. Meanwhile, pray for him.
